Happy 74th Birthday Israel!

“And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathos, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea (Jewish reference to the entire world). And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.”

Isaiah 11:11-12

As we all well know, against the Church teaching of Replacement Theology, the Jews reestablished the Nation of Israel officially on May 14, 1948. Seventy-four years later, over half the Jews in the world have now returned (aka Aliyah) to their God Promised homeland. Even with continuing global anti-Semitism and continuous wars with many of the nearby Arab countries, they have, with God’s guidance, created one of the most advanced, prosperous countries in the world.

Normally on this day in the past, I have posted the Israel IS a Miracle! music video (sorry but there is a short ad at beginning which you can skip) (https://youtu.be/cmyKFLQDHns) which even today brings tears to my eyes every time I watch it. Not only does it tell the story of how the Jews survived the tragedies they faced since being dispersed to the four corners of the world almost 2,000 years ago but have prospered by God’s Grace. Another one of my favorite music videos regarding the return of the Jewish people to Israel as prophesied is The Jews are Returning to Israel!(https://youtu.be/p9jlTLo_bWw) The new video at the top of this post came to my attention and I love it! “Zion” by American Christian singer Aaron Shust is not only a beautiful song, but he clearly gives Scriptural meaning to EVERY lyric he sings.

I hope you enjoy watching and listening to this as much as I did and I again strongly urge you to pass this along to your friends and family, to give them comfort and truthfulness in the Word of God. By doing this, you will fulfill His request of all of us and that is to “…therefore comfort one another with these words.” Sometimes even a song can give us much of the same comfort as His Word.

Please pray for the safety of Israel as they experience these tumultuous AND prophesied tough times. May God continue to Bless Israel and may God Bless you!!!
