If Climate Change really exists, then who created it and why?

“He (Jesus) answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather for the sky is red. And in the morning , It will be foul weather today: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the SIGNS OF THE TIMES (capitals mine)?”

Matthew 16:2-3

Jesus harshly rebuked the Pharisees and the Sadducees for being able to ascertain what the weather would be like based upon the color of the sky but were unable, as knowledgeable Jewish religious  leaders, to also see He personally fulfilled ALL the descriptive Biblical prophecies in the Old Testament regarding the Coming Messiah. They could see the weather would be bad if the sky was red in the morning and it would be good if it was red in the evening. Unfortunately, as the religious leaders of the Jews they could not recognize Jesus had fulfilled 100% of the prophecies already made in the Bible of His virgin birth, the specific city where he was born, His performed miracles, etc.

What I find interesting is today many people are very concerned about man MADE global climate change. I personally prefer to call it man CAUSED global climate change. What is the difference? The first infers absolutely no involvement by God in what they perceive as a coming global holocaust because of carbon emissions and, as AOC would call it, cow flatulence. Of course, one of the real messages of the New Green Deal is to tell us we should not be eating meat. The Bible tells us what to do about that in 1 Timothy 4:1-3:

“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that IN THE LATTER TIMES (capitals mine) some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, AND COMMANDING TO ABSTAIN FROM MEATS (capitals mine), which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.”

Are we now in the latter times and are we being told to abstain from eating meats? Yes! Some have even accepted as pure fact we only have 12 years to dramatically reduce our usage of fossil fuels (and cow flatulence) or we will pass the point of no return and the end of civilization as we know it. People like me, instead Believe what the Bible says and recognize God throughout history has used weather catastrophes as a way to punish a sinful, unrepentant world. Perhaps the first and best example of God using “climate change” to punish a sinful world is shown below:

“The earth was also corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.”

Genesis 6:11-13

“For yet seven days, and I WILL CAUSE IT TO RAIN (capitals mine) upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance  that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.”

Genesis 7:4

God could have simply clicked His fingers and ended the corruption on this earth but instead, He used mother nature to convince people the results of their sinful, unrepentant behavior. In this first example, man CAUSED God to punish them, they did not MAKE it to rain forty days and nights. They didn’t want it to rain and cause a flood! Throughout the Bible there are many other examples of God using weather to punish the evil, sinful men on earth. Another example would be the story of Lot. Lot lived in Sodom and Gomorrah with his family. These cities were rampant with homosexuality (a Biblical sin), such that Abraham could not even find ten men there righteous enough to escape the Wrath of God which would have saved both cities. When Abraham could not find them,  He then sent two angels to do His work:

“For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it.”

Genesis 19:13

How exactly did the two angels destroy these cities and all the sinful people therein?

“Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire (lightning?) from the Lord out of heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.”

Genesis 19:24-25

Do you recall when God commanded Moses to approach Pharaoh and tell him to let the Jews out of bondage in Egypt so they could go to the Land of Israel promised to them by God? Moses performed many miracles to show Pharaoh that God was indeed the One in charge and urged him repeatedly to let His people go. Everything Moses did only hardened the heart of Pharaoh and he would not let the people go.  The river turned to blood; frogs were everywhere; lice; and then boils were all over everyone. Nothing changed his mind UNTIL God did the following:

“And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt. And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and the fire  ran along the ground; and the Lord rained hail upon the land of Egypt.”

Exodus 9:22-23

The Bible in many, many places is very clear who controls the weather. Man does not! Only God does! Now, we are taught God uses weather as one of His ways to punish a sinful world. Nowhere in the Bible does it say burning oil is sinful. In fact, in Matthew 25:3-4 it actually says the opposite. “They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.” It does tell us deceit, drunkenness, theft, murder, killing of babies, homosexuality, etc. goes against the will of God and the world will be punished for their continuing sins. There are many more examples of how God controls the weather but the best is in the Book of Job.

“Hear attentively the noise of his (God’s) voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth. He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightening unto the ends of the earth. After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay then when his voice is heard. God thundereth marvelously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend. For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.” “Out of the south cometh the whirlwind (tornado and hurricanes): and cold out of the north. By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straightened. Also, by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud.”

Job 37:2-6, 9-11

Mankind does NOT make weather change. Mankind CAUSES the weather to change because of their failure to repent of their sinful ways. Can you imagine a well respected meteorologist going on CNN, MSNBC or Fox News and proclaiming, “Climate change is real! If it continues without being fixed, the entire population of the world will suffer immeasurably! It will cause hundreds of millions to die. To permanently fix this problem, all we have to do is repent of our sins, ask Jesus for forgiveness and ask Him to come into our lives. That will cause climate change to stop!”

You are right! I can’t imagine it either! Read Jeremiah 14:1-16 for a GREAT example of how God punishes people with drought for their sins. If you accept what the Bible says regarding people in the Last Days, then it would be difficult to dispute His Word:

“And as it was in the days of Noah, so SHALL IT BE ALSO (capitals mine) in the days of the Son of man (Jesus). They did eat, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone (lightening) from heaven, and destroyed them all. EVEN THUS SHALL IT BE IN THE DAY WHEN THE SON OF MAN IS REVEALED (capitals mine).”

Luke 17:26-30

It is only fitting as we witness the Last Day prophecies coming true before our very eyes that we also will see more and more weather related catastrophes occurring with increasing intensity and frequency. One only has to see the tremendous and growing impact of weather events like hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, heat, snow, droughts, famines (caused by extreme heat and lack of rain) all over the entire world to realize something is happening RIGHT NOW! Remember, God is ALL powerful! As we are told in Psalm 107:33-35:

“He turneth rivers into a wilderness and the waters into dry ground; A fruitful land into bareness, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein. He turneth the wilderness  into standing water, and dry ground into watersprings.”

In 2018 California experienced the worst wildfires in their history due to land under draught. While started by faulty utility equipment the fires grew uncontrollably by weather “firenadoes”, actual tornados caused by the fire itself generating winds of over 140 mph and which spread the fire over hundred of thousands of acres. Just a few weeks ago we had what is called a Bomb Cyclone hit the middle of the U.S. with tremendous rain, hail, snow, tornadoes, etc. And this is happening all over the world! What exactly is happening? The Bible as usual tells us succinctly! Check out Revelation 16:7-8 which tells us about just one of the punishments of God’s Wrath during the coming Great Tribulation (last 3 1/2 years prior to Christ’s Second Coming at Armageddon).

“And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgements. And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.”

Or, how about:

“That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness.”

Zephaniah 1:15

Matthew, Mark and Luke all quoted what Jesus said clearly in the Olivet Discourse when He was asked to tell them the signs of what would be the signs of the Last Days. He said:

“And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines (obviously without rain and a hot sun, plants don’t grow and food production is dramatically reduced causing famines), and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven (this could allude to meteors and/or weather events like tornadoes and hurricanes).”

Luke 21:11

You can easily find many, many more examples of His Wrath to come based on a sinful, unrepentant world. Use your Bible app and search for phrases like weather, scorch, heat, rain, clouds, whirlwinds, etc. and you will see time and time again, and especially during the time of God’s Wrath, He uses weather to punish this world. But, He does this with a Divine Purpose:

“Behold, a whirlwind of the Lord is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. The anger of the Lord shall not return, UNTIL (capitals mine) he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.”

Jeremiah 23:19-20

Isn’t it absolutely remarkable while weather tragedies increasingly occur all around us, we can still know the REAL reason why these things are happening? In the Bible God specifically tells us those things which will happen in the Last Days so we can all know with certainty that the “… Lord does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.” (Amos 3:7). We have been told! While we absolutely should all be good stewards of this earth and work continuously to keep it clean, we need to fully understand why climate change is happening. Do not be misled by the lies of Satan or his minions who do not want any of us to believe in God’s Wrath for sin and fully understand it is not man MADE global climate change but man CAUSED (through unrepentant sin) climate change. I love the forewarning, accuracy and completeness of God’s Holy Word and am comforted by all He tells us will happen in the Last Days. As I like to say, don’t be afraid, be aware!  If you agree, then PLEASE share this message with your friends and family so we can all do what He has asked us to do and that is to “…therefore comfort one another with these words.”

May God Bless you!

God is good. I read this, then did my Bible reading. Voila!! Psalm 107:33-35 He changes rivers into a wilderness, And springs of water into thirsty ground; Afruitful land into a salt waste, Because of the wickedness of those who dwell in it
He changes a wilderness into a pool of water, And a dry land into springs of water; And there He makes the hungry to dwell….

Do not deny the facts of science. Take action of reducing CO2 emissions and don’t hide behind sin as an excuse. God does see all and commands us to take care of this earth. Faith and belief in Christ is one thing but faith belief with action is so much more like what God is expecting of us all. Take action on global warming but don’t hide behind God and blame sin. This will not alter the science.
