“But I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there: and have chosen David to be over my people Israel.”

2 Chronicles 6:6

“And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land WHICH I HAVE GIVEN THEM (capitals mine), saith the LORD they God.”

Amos 9:15

In many places throughout the Bible, both in the Old Testament and New Testament, God made numerous Promises to Abraham that he would be the father of God’s chosen people (the Jews). God chose the Jews as His Testament to the truth of the Bible. These count not just for all the Promises he made about their ultimate protection and bringing them back numerous times after they had gone against His Laws and Commandments, but also to be the ultimate proof of His Promise.

Think about this for a moment. What other people in the history of the world have been so persecuted and despised (because of Satan’s influence) than the Jewish people? And during these various diaspora’s always returning to their God given land of Israel to flourish like no other? One third of all the Jews in the world were killed by Hitler and Stalin during WWII and yet a few hundred thousand returned to Israel under the auspices of the United Nations Declaration acknowledging the Jews right to their own homeland. They declared their independence on May 14, 1948, and immediately the neighboring countries of Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, etc. invaded attempting to end their return with ZERO help from any other country! There also were numerous attacks and major conflicts like the 6 Day War of 1967, the Yom Kippur War of 1973, and of course, the Hamas/Hezbollah/Iranian attacks on October 7th. But Israel ALWAYS won! Yes, God had and still has the Nation of Israel and the Jewish peoples’ back!

“For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp burneth.”

Isaiah 62:1

Just look at what Israel has done to their enemies since the Hamas attack of October 7, 2023. They have decimated most of Hamas in Gaza; severely reduced the war power of Hezbollah in Lebanon; reduced the capabilities of the Houthis in Yemen, taken out the Iranian air defense system protecting Iran; and, with the help of the U.S., greatly destroyed their nuclear ambitions. With the Iranian military defeats, funding for the Houthis, Hamas and Hezbollah has reduced to a trickle. This also was a major reason for the Assad regime fall in Syria which has greatly reduced funding and arms shipment to the Iranian proxies.

And finally, do you remember how Israel took out many, many leaders of these proxy organizations when their pagers and phones exploded in their pockets? These were received by the terrorists a year and a half before Israel flipped the “on” switch! Folks, Israel is a nation of roughly 10 million people of which 7.8 million are Jews. They are up against Islam nations of over 1 billion Muslims! Yes, God had and still has the Nation of Israel and the Jewish peoples’ back!

“Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughters of Zion (Jerusalem), Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his (Jesus) reward is with him, and his work before him. And they shall call them (the Jews), The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.”

Isaiah 62:11-12

I have mentioned this before but not only has God protected His people, the Jews, but He has also blessed them in many, many ways. While the Jews represent less than .1% of the population of the world, they have received 27% of all Nobel Peace prizes ever awarded. Meanwhile, the Arab Muslim nations have not received one!

“And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do; Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? For I know him, and that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgement; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.”

Genesis 18:17-19

Even today, when the vast majority of Jews have still not accepted the gift of Grace and Salvation that we believers have all received through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as payment for the remission of our sins. God had and still has the Nation of Israel and the Jew’s back!

“And give thee the blessings of Abraham to thee, and to thy seen with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, WHICH GOD GAVE UNTO ABRAHAM (capitals mine).”

Genesis 28:4

In so many of these Scriptures and the others listed below, God confirms again and again the Jews are as His Chosen people and He has given the land of Israel to them and not part of it to the Muslims who claim it to be theirs or the two-state solution being promoted in the United Nations. Get over it! God had and still has the Nation of Israel and the Jew’s back!

“And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac; the land whereon thou liest, to thee WILL I GIVE IT (capitals mine), and to thy seed; And thy seed (descendants) shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and thy seed shall all the families  of the earth be blessed. And, behold, I AM WITH THEE (capitals mine), and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and WILL BRING THEE AGAIN BACK INTO THIS LAND (Israel) (capitals mine), for I will not leave thee until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.”

Genesis 28:13-15

As I have previously written about (What is Aliyah and what is its importance in Biblical End Times?), someday ALL Jews will return to Israel. Whether this is because of rising global anti-Semitism or the desire to finally accept Jesus Christ as their Messiah, the Jews will return to Israel. And yes, you can be sure God will still have their back, and no country will prevail against them even if it is ALL the countries of the world!

“And the land which I gave Abraham and Issac, to thee (Jacob aka Israel) I will give it, and to thy seed (descendants) after thee WILL I GIVE THE LAND (capitals mine).”

Genesis 35:12

“And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land he sware  to Abraham, to Issac, and to Jacob.”

Genesis 50:24

“And I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Issac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I am the LORD.”

Exodus 6:8

“Remember Abraham, Issac, and Israel (Jacob), the servants, to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and sadst unto them, I will multiply your seed (descendants) as the stars of heaven, AND ALL THIS LAND THAT I HAVE SPOKEN OF WILL I GIVE UNTO YOUR SEED, AND THEY SHALL INHERIT IT FOR EVER (capitals mine).”

Exodus 32:13

It is critical to notice the last words of God. “…and they shall inherit it for ever.” God doesn’t lie no matter how much the liar of all time (Satan) will try to convince the world the Jews have no right to the land God clearly promised to Abraham and his descendants, Israel belongs to the Jews and God will forever have their back!

“Behold they (Israel’s enemies) shall surely gather together, but not by me (their decision, not God’s): WHOSOEVER SHALL GATHER TOGETHER AGAINST THEE SHALL FALL FOR THY SAKE (capitals mine).”

Isaiah 54:15

One only needs to read Ezekiel 38 &39 or Psalm 83 in the Old Testament, along with the Book of Revelation, God will protect His chosen people and anyone who attempts to defeat them will be destroyed by God’s involvement because, repeat after me, He will always have their back!

“And he (Jesus) said unto them, Thus it is written and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among ALL NATIONS BEGINNING AT JERUSALEM (capitals mine).”

Luke 24:46-47

“Then I will cause you to dwell in this place, IN THE LAND I GAVE YOUR FATHERS, FOR EVER AND EVER (capitals mine).”

Jeremiah 7:7

“At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.” “In those days shall Judah (Israel) be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.”

Jeremiah 3:17, 33:16

“…In Jerusalem will I (Jesus) put my name.”

2 Kings 21:4

I have not tried to overwhelm you with all of God’s Promises to Abraham, Issac and Jacob and their Jewish descendants. If I did, I would need to quote the entire Bible, Old and New Testaments! God was and is clear. The Land of Israel belongs to the Jews and He will make sure His Promise is always kept. To know we worship a God that stands with the Jews and because Jesus Christ came to earth to die for OUR sins, it is very comforting to know through observation of current events, God still has the back of the Jewish people living in the land of Israel. And there one day soon, Jesus will establish His 1,000-year earthly reign from Jerusalem. We all need to tell others quickly, as Jesus instructed us to “…therefore comfort one another with these words.” And, remember to “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.” (Psalm 122:).
