Regardless of current news reports or your individual feelings/beliefs about the carnage going on in Israel and the Gaza Strip, DO NOT assume you know more than our Heavenly Father! He promised the Land of Israel to Isaac the son of Abraham FOREVER. This song, one of my favorites that still brings tears to my eyes, tells it like it is. If you believe God is wrong and has lied to us, you need the prayers of everyone to ask God to forgive you because He will live up to His Promise. If you don’t believe in God, I pray you come about as you witness so many of the soon coming events which will end with the Return of Jesus Christ to end sin in this world.
Recently, I was watching Christ in Prophecy, an excellent TV show on Biblical prophecies. Tim and Nathan were discussing the soon, rebuilding of the 3rd Holy Jewish Temple and they showed a quote from Imam Mohamad Tawhidi, currently Vice President of the Global Imams Council, headquartered in the Islamic Seminary of Najaf, Iraq. What he, as a Muslim Imam said stunned me. “If Israelis take an inch of land from Mecca or Medina, I will be the first to oppose them. That’s our land! But if they want their own land back, only a dishonest crook and lying thief would deny them their rights of return. Jerusalem is not ours and never was. Period.”
Here you have a Sunni Muslim, born in Iran, saying the Jews have the God Given right to the Temple Mount and admitting Jerusalem NEVER belonged to the Arabs/Muslims. The song above, through its words quoted directly from the Bible, are so comforting knowing God is STILL in control and His Will is soon to be played out in Israel. Please share this song with your friends and family so it hopefully helps to calm down the distorted, anti-Semitic view of what is going on in the world today. God’s Promise is being fulfilled TODAY! Please “…therefore comfort one another with these words.”
