“Now the Lord had said unto Abram (Abraham), Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from they father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”
The Bible cannot be any clearer! God told Abraham (the father of the Jews) to leave his home and his family and go to a land that God Himself would show him. He Promised him that land would become a GREAT nation, one that would bless the entire world. As I have stated before, it is absolutely amazing while Jews represent only .2% of the population of the world, they have received over 26% of all Noble Peace Prizes ever awarded for their various works. Of course, Jesus (a Jew) also came to this world and died for the sins of everyone in this world who accepted Him. Jesus tried to get the Jews in ancient Israel to accept Him as the Promised Messiah, He basically at the time preached primarily only to the Jews. Many, especially His disciples, later went on to write the New Testament and preached His Word to the Gentiles. This resulted in the birth of “Christianity”. While Christians know only through accepting that Jesus died for our sins and accepting His Gift to us, the Jews still have not. But, they will. What a Blessing!
In addition to Blessing the entire world through His Chosen people (the Jews), God also clearly states He will Bless those who bless Israel (the God given eternal home of the Jews) but He would also Curse anyone who curses them. All you have to do is look throughout history and those (very few) who have blessed the Jews have been Blessed and EVERYONE who has cursed the Jews has been cursed. We have all been taught this prophesy and yet the world continues in their anti-Semitic thoughts and actions. Why? Because Satan himself knows the Promises of God through the Jews and knows his only hope of escaping ultimately from being punished forever is to somehow disprove those Promises. With evil, satanic influence many people throughout the past 2,000 years have attempted to do Satan’s work and have failed miserably every time!
“All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.”
Yes, here Jesus on the Mount of Olives in a direct response to His disciple’s question as to when the end of the world would come, told them they (Jews who at that time were following Jesus) would be hated by all nations because of His name. This tells me there will be a world wide hatred of Jews and Christians in the Last Days. While we hear almost daily reports of global anti-Semitic attacks and desecration of Jewish synagogues and cemeteries, the reports on anti-Christian attacks is far less. Of course, there are massive attacks going on all over the world, especially in Communist countries like China and throughout the Muslim world. Unfortunately, the number of incidents are rising dramatically in the United States and in Europe as well. When you consider the United States was founded on Judeo-Christian values, not just Christian values, this has got to cause alarm our support and “blessing” of Israel appears to be on the wane. With the current Administration’s apparent support for anti-Israel Iran, Russia, China, etc. it appears the United States could very well be on the verge of being “cursed” by God Himself, exactly as has been prophesied. Perhaps because anti-Semitism has existed for so many years, people have been accustomed to these happenings without realizing Jesus told us directly in the prophesies of the Bible, this would be a sign of the Last Days. But, you might ask, what makes today different than any other time period over the past 2,000 years?
“That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee.”
Again, in God’s Love and Compassion for His Chosen people, even though they continue to sin against Him and have not yet asked Jesus for forgiveness, He said He will gather them from all the nations where He had scattered them. Yes, this is a prophesy! By bringing all the Jews out of the nations of the world and putting them into their God given land of Israel, He will put them into the land He Promised them. Now you might say, “There are Jews living all over the world so the mere fact they are not in Israel might signal we ARE NOT in the Last Days.”
“And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, AND WILL GATHER THEM ON EVERY SIDE (capitals mine), and bring them into their own land: And will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all: Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.”
Back in October 2017, I wrote What is Aliyah and what is its importance in Biblical End Times? Basically, Aliyah is the Jewish desire to return to Israel which has been given to them by God Himself. They have waited 2,000 years since the Romans dispersed them and destroyed their Holy Temple in Jerusalem. They pray daily for fulfilment of this Promise. But, it hasn’t happened. Yet! It is estimated today less than half the Jews in the world live in Israel. The rest are primarily in the United States, France, Canada and the United Kingdom with a small number still living in very anti-Semitic countries. So, what would it take for the Jews to immigrate from these countries to Israel? Remember, God DID NOT Promise to bring half the Jews back. He said He would bring them ALL back to the land He had Promised them. If Jews are discriminated against here in the US, if they are beaten or their homes or synagogues are destroyed, what would keep them here, especially if God opens the door for them to migrate to Israel? I honestly believe with comments by left wing politicians, even Jewish politicians who are anti-Israel, at some time in the near future we will see a massive departure of Jews from the US and other countries leaving for their God Promised homeland. While this may satisfy some, remember God said He would curse those who curse them (the Jews). We will not escape God’s prophesied Wrath!
“For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head. For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain (Zion), so shall all the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been (never existed). But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob (the Jews) shall possess their possessions. And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau (the heathen) for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it.”
Whatever we do to the Jews, it will be done to us! This could easily be a prequel to the ultimate demise of the United States as a global powerhouse. Afterall, if 650,000 Jews can escape Europe after the Holocaust at the end of WWII, go to Israel and within 3 years of 1/3 of all Jews in the world being murdered by the Germans, then fight a war with countries with a total population of over 100 million after declaring their Independence on May 14, 1948 (with the backing of the United Nations), who could say the departure of 6-7 million Jews from the US would not potentially have grave consequences?
“In hope of eternal life, which God, THAT CANNOT LIE (capitals mine), promised before the world began;”
God cannot lie! He said he would curse those who cursed the Jews and the Nation of Israel. If anti-Semitism continues in this country, God will have every right to say “I told you so!” Unfortunately, in today’s “woke” world with fewer Christians than ever before, there literally is nothing to prevent all this from happening EXCEPT a national evangelical revival and the country repenting of her sins. I agree with you. That probably isn’t going to happen!
“For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, COME, AND LET US CUT THEM OFF FROM BEING A NATION; THAT THE NAME OF ISRAEL MAY BE NO MORE IN REMEMBERANCE (capitals mine). For they have consulted together with one consent (agreement): they are confederate (united) against thee.”
While the Scripture above was written approximately 2,500 years ago, it easily could have appeared this morning in newspapers all over the world. While we know most of the Muslim world would love to see that “…Israel may be no more in rememberance”, we also are keenly aware of many other anti-Semitic actions. Just recently, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream (owned by Unilever who also owns Dove soap, Lipton tea, Q-Tips, etc.) announced they would no longer sell their product in Judea and Samaria, including Jerusalem. This is clearly part of the BDS movement (Boycott, Divestiture, Sanction), led by the Palestinian BDS, something now actively promoted by the progressive left in our country. Ben & Jerry’s seeks to delegitimize the Jewish State of Israel by boycotting the sale of their product. Fortunately, 35 states in the USA have anti-BDS legislation which allow their state governments to cut off funding to companies doing these anti-Semitic actions. Interestingly, the vast majority of these 35 states are red, not blue.
Do you use TikTok (I don’t)? A study done by the University of Haifa found there are approximately 1.2 billion global users, 41% of which are between the ages of 16-21. Amazingly, there has been a 912% increase in anti-Semitic content on TikTok over the past year. It also saw enormous increases in neo-Nazi, racist and extremist content. With all that in context, I saw the photo below posted by a friend of mine and it really hit home. As we are deluged daily with news about CRT – Critical Race Theory and how the progressives are using that to rewrite history regarding the United States, I was reminded Adolf Hitler attempted to do the exact same thing in Germany starting in the early 1930’s. At that time he blamed the Jews for the problems caused by the Germans beginning the first World War and the signing of the Versailles Treaty. He saw them as rude, wealthy , power hungry people who were causing the problems in Germany. Problem is the German people bought off on his claims and we all know what happened to the Jews in the Holocaust. Exactly what we saw happen then could soon be happening AGAIN!
My posts are never intended to frighten or scare people. The beauty of studying the Bible and believing it as the Word of God is that He has told us everything which is coming. He didn’t tell us to scare us but rather to believe and know when we see all the things prophesied happening, we can take solace in knowing God is in control. As Jesus told John in Revelation 3:10, “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” Jesus will come for His Believers at the Rapture BEFORE the hour of temptation (Tribulation) comes to punish all those who have not accepted His Gift of Eternal Salvation to us. All we must do is accept His free gift of pardon for our sins, repent of those sins and we will spend eternity with Him in Heaven. Please do not ever forget also He told us directly to “…therefore comfort one another with these words.” Don’t scare people. Do not threaten them. Simply, encourage them to read the Bible and find Jesus and accept Him as their Lord and Savior. We don’t have much time before He comes for His Bride, His Believers. Please tell others of His wonderful and comforting Message.
I truly believe we are so close to meeting with Him and I look forward to meeting up with each and every one of you as well! May God Bless you!
PS – I have been truly humbled by the many comments made as to why I haven’t posted anything in a number of weeks. After a wonderful vacation with our family, we came home and I was in serious pain. Taking pain medication for several weeks took care of the pain but made me uncomfortable trying to write anything. I am now OK and hope to get articles out like I have for the past 4 1/2 years. I was surprised by the outpouring of concern and it has greatly motivated and strengthened my resolve to write what the Bible says is SOON coming. Thank you so much!
